Job Description

Radical Share is a digital marketing agency that specializes in finding innovative ways to integrate brands into pop culture.

We work with brands such as NECA, Kidrobot, WizKids, JEI, and more. Our partners have incredible fandoms, and our mission is to design the best creative ad experiences possible to drive growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Experience Coordinator who will report to the Senior Director of Brand Experience in the development and execution of all campaign initiatives for all brands that Radical Share supports.

The role will require strong relationship management with brand, creative, merchandising, e-comm, social/influencer, CRM & paid and will support the development of cohesive channel communications and go-to-market strategies in partnership with the Senior Director and the wider Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of effective marketing plans in collaboration with Social, Influencer, PR, Paid Media, Brand, and Creative to drive sales, brand awareness, and relevancy.
  • Craft and manage project timelines, partner with internal teams, and manage communication with external vendors.
  • Perform a variety of project management-related coordination, including crafting and managing project timelines, gathering creative elements needs for campaigns, updating budget tracking, analyzing results, and providing suggestions based on working knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • Build strong relationships with key and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization (Brand, E-commerce, Paid Media, Social/Influencer, Creative & PR) to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment.
  • Partner with the team to identify, develop, and maintain global marketing objectives, priorities, plans, and processes to drive global & regional business and brand goals.
  • Partner closely with brand managers and marketing channels to ensure campaign planning needs, asset requirements, and delivery timetables are achieved.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign results and performance and help prepare reports for strategic analysis of campaigns to share with the internal team.
  • Support the development and tracking against marketing campaigns, including global/regional planning, reporting, and share-out with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2 years of Global Marketing experience, ideally with a background in media & entertainment, and a long-term desire to pursue a career in marketing in this vertical.
Education

Bachelor's Degree required

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global capacity in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.
  • Experience with measurement, analytic, and listening dashboards (i.e., Google Analytics & Shopify Analytics) a plus.
  • Passionate about pop culture.
