Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical histories.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical nursing, preferably in an operating room setting.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, joint replacement, and minimally invasive surgeries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and stooping.
