This position requires a Master's Degree in Nursing with expertise in clinical nursing specialty and 2+ years of experience with active RN California license. The ideal candidate will have RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist license and be able to optimize patient care by supervising nursing staff, performing health assessments, and developing specialized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing staff to optimize patient care.
- Perform health assessments and develop specialized treatment plans.
- Develop nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Consider differential diagnoses and make clinical recommendations.
- Administer medication and treatment in consultations with patient care managers.
- Identify training needs and facilitate training for nursing students and staff.
- 2+ years of RN specialty experience.
- Active RN California license.
- Master of Science in Nursing Degree (MSN), or a related doctorate degree.
- RN and CNS license is required.
