Aquent is seeking a talented Web Experimentation Strategist to enhance our client's digital presence. This role is pivotal in facilitating the transition of public websites to the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform while embracing advanced digital marketing strategies, including experimentation and personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and various web experiments aimed at improving user experience and boosting conversion rates.
  • Utilize statistical methods to analyze test outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and execute effective testing strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of web experiments.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance for web pages being redesigned as part of a comprehensive website migration initiative.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in web experimentation, A/B testing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web experimentation and optimization.

The target compensation range for this position is between $25.79 and $28.65 per hour, based on various factors including education, relevant work experience, and certifications.
