Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

New Reach Education is a company based in Tempe, Arizona, dedicated to advancing financial literacy through eLearning and marketing expertise. We're building a new class of entrepreneurs, and our mission is to unlock financial freedom through practical education.

We offer online courses on financial freedom, including Wholesaling, Investing, and Publishing. Our students gain hands-on experience, grow their network, and develop skills with industry experts.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop IT solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into development tasks.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to implement effective solutions.
  • Build internal and external tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Design and manage database infrastructure, data ingestion, and data warehousing.
  • Use AWS cloud services for infrastructure design and deployment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant full-stack development and deployment experience.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, tRPC, MySQL, and API integration.
  • Expertise in database infrastructure, data warehousing, and data management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Docker.
  • Familiarity with development around payment processing and integration.
  • Strong ability to design and lead both front-end and back-end development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
