Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain functional capabilities and achieve greater independence.
About the Role- As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
- You will be part of a collaborative and passionate team of therapists who are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
- Our team is committed to providing a continuum of care that promotes greater health and independence for our patients.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities and develop treatment plans that address their specific needs.
- Regularly re-assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state where practicing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
