Customer Resolution Specialist

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer account resolution; call center experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and quick problem resolution.
  • Teamwork skills to foster collaboration and enhance service quality.
