Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank's physical security applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer software that supports security system user applications, clients, and hardware.
  • Install, automate, and test infrastructures for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor overall systems performance to identify potential issues and tune appropriately.
  • Address failed components or technical issues and provide resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in systems support role OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Security Systems support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Experience with Video Surveillance, Intrusion, and Access Control systems and hardware, preferably: Verint, DMP, Milestone, Envoy, and RS2.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to mainframe, desktop, or server system support and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to Operating Systems (Windows Desktop, Server, Linux, AIX).
  • Exposure to desktop and server virtualization.
  • Exposure to Directory and Authentication services.
