Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.\
  • RN licensure in the state of Texas.\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a case management or similar role.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and other relevant software.\
