Customer Experience Ambassador

We offer our customers more than 7,000 tools and accessories, from hand tools and generators to air and power tools, from shop equipment to automotive tools. We provide our customers with the right tool for the right job at the right price, always delivering quality and value.
The anticipated rate for this position is $16.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. As a valued member of our high-performing team, you will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do.
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be empowered to provide a great experience for our customers. This includes handling various sales transactions, encouraging customers to participate in company programs, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store, and performing other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate clearly with customers and associates, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You must also be able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder. Interim lifting, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing/moving for the entire shift is also required.
