Job Description

Southwest Construction is seeking a skilled Decorative Concrete Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate power tools and machinery as needed to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Follow supervisor instructions to perform manual labor tasks with attention to detail.
  • Report equipment issues or unsafe working conditions to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in concrete polishing, staining, overlays, or general labor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying climate conditions.
  • Valid Texas driver's license (a plus).
  • Physical ability to lift 100 pounds.
