Job Summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance management services, with a diverse range of expertise in facility and highway infrastructure consulting, maintenance, and management.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled CDL A Driver to join our team as a Highway Concrete Technician. This is a full-time position that requires travel and performance of concrete repair and maintenance operations in the Texas area during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to driving across the state of Texas, highway concrete repair/maintenance, guardrail, and drainage
  • Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Travel at least 75% of the time within the US, mostly within TX but quarterly to CO
Requirements
  • CDL A license is required
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in concrete forming/repair
  • Experience in roadway maintenance
  • Exposure to using shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, & various small hand tools
  • MOT (Traffic control certifications/courses)
  • Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator
Preferred Qualifications
  • Roadway maintenance experience
  • Air compressor operations familiarity
  • Guardrail and Sign installation experience
