About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director, Brokerage to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of commercial real estate and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in commercial real estate or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Professional certifications, such as CCIM or SIOR
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
