Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our efforts in the Oil & Gas industry.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop sales opportunities and grow our presence in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting volume and margin objectives, developing long-term service agreements, and establishing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the oil & gas / petrochemical market segment.
  • Negotiate key contracts with commercial customers.
  • Promote value-added technologies providing low-carbon solutions.
  • Represent our company at industry meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the industrial GT and Oil & Gas industries or related manufacturing/repair environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
