Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various support functions, including Store Support and Visual.
  • Oversee activities aimed at preventing theft and fraud within the retail and warehouse areas.
  • Assist in budget preparation, trend analysis, and tracking of gross margins along with other financial responsibilities.
  • Participate in annual inventory and periodic cycle counts.
  • Drive to assist with occasional deliveries, maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Support the training of new staff members, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Visual Ambassador in the showroom.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a design or luxury retail setting, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Familiarity with the design industry, including knowledge of fabrics, applications, and general design practices is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to operate general technical equipment such as phones, tablets, iPads, desktops, and laptops.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, professional demeanor are essential.
