Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team at the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling wireless products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify customers and sell wireless products and services to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate and communicate wireless service and device feature functionality, billing procedures, and equipment usage to customers
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers after sales to ensure product and customer satisfaction
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and customer service support for customer inquiries
  • Effectively perform back office duties, including inventory management, repair, and shipping and receiving of repairs with third-party vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry-wide wireless products and services, as well as billing and support systems
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a strong background in retail sales, distribution, and merchandising
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience preferred
  • Aptitude to learn wireless products and services
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service and interact positively with customers
  • Ability to reconcile and balance cash registers
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Bilingual skills in Navajo and English preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of billing and support systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong background in retail sales, distribution, and merchandising
