About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services Inc. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized wireless solutions to customers, ensuring a five-star customer service experience.
  • Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Merchandise and handle inventory, opening and closing the store, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Strive to hit sales goals, operating as both an individual contributor and team member, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • 18+ years of age
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a high-energy, positive attitude
  • Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends
  • Full-time flexible availability
  • Solid sales or retail experience preferred
  • Passage of a background check and authorization to access military bases required for this role
