We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team at Cricket by Crown Wireless. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience to our customers, promoting mobile devices and services, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers, meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in outside marketing events to promote Cricket Wireless products and services.
- Experience: At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Cash Handling: At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
- Availability: Ability to stand for long periods, work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. May be required to work at various locations.
- Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
- Language Skills: Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
- Team Player: Enjoy working in a team environment, engaging with consumers, and meeting sales goals.
- Independent: Independent and self-motivated team player.
- Physical Activity: Regular physical activity required, such as setting up promotional material and changing displays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation.
- Age and Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check.
- Competitive Compensation: A fair base hourly rate and amazing sales bonuses, with no cap on commission and sales bonuses.
