Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive ticket sales and enhance audience engagement.
  • Oversee the production and consistency of print collateral, including coordinating quotes, replenishment, and managing inventory.
  • Prepare and facilitate meeting agendas, accurately compile and disseminate meeting notes, and maintain the organization's public email inbox with a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive ticket sales and enhance audience engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform campaign strategies, manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility, and coordinate promotional events and partnerships that align with our mission and objectives.
  • Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring that content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role within the arts industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with dynamic interpersonal abilities.
  • Committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  • Acute attention to detail, combined with the capacity to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS-Office programs.
