Position Overview

As a key member of the Service Department at Orr Nissan of Wichita, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming Customers: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Service Estimates: Prepare accurate Service Order estimates and quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Warranty Verification: Check and confirm Warranty and Service Contract coverage for customer vehicles.
  • Technician Coordination: Manage and streamline the workflow of Technicians to enhance service efficiency.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize and schedule customer appointments to optimize service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Dependability and reliability are essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
