  • System Configuration: Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of the iCIMS ATS to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization and maximizes its capabilities.
  • Project Management: Implement system updates, new features, and integrations in collaboration with IT and vendor teams to enhance recruitment processes and ensure seamless operation.
  • System Audits: Conduct regular audits of system usage, performance, and data integrity to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary liaison with the iCIMS vendor and other technology partners, managing relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing iCIMS or similar ATS platforms in a corporate environment of significant scale and business complexity.
  • Talent Acquisition: Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Platform Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing recruiting platform strategies and roadmaps.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Data Management: Strong analytical skills and experience in data management and reporting.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior leadership.
