Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and source top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and deliver candidates who meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business objectives and ongoing talent needs.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively engage with candidates and advise clients.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to guide clients and candidates in making informed decisions.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT or technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to source, engage, and close top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen understanding of technology trends and the ability to speak the language of tech professionals.
