The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the finance function, ensuring that all financial operations are conducted in accordance with company policy and state regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of finance department staff
  • Provide financial support to department heads, including financial analysis and advice
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Establish and maintain internal controls, including accounting policies and procedures
  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial results, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Work with property management and departmental leadership to develop and analyze strategic plans for the facility
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and special reporting as needed by the management team
Requirements
  • Financial leadership experience in the casino/gaming industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent financial acumen and thorough knowledge of US GAAP
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a License issued by the MSLA required of all Gaming Establishment employees
