Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Senior 401(k) Administrator. In this position, you will oversee all facets of retirement plan administration for a designated portfolio of plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive administration for an assigned group of retirement plans.
  • Engage with plan sponsors and advisors on plan-related inquiries.
  • Interpret and analyze plan documents effectively.
  • Calculate employer contributions, including cross-tested contributions.
  • Conduct annual compliance testing.
  • Process refunds, including 415 refunds.
  • Complete necessary filings such as Form 5500, Form 5500-SFs, and Form 5330.
  • Assist clients in resolving operational discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive administration experience is required.
  • Experience with unbundled national daily recordkeeping platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with ASC, Relius, Datair, or FT Williams is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Pension Pro is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of ESOP/KSOP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a capacity to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • QKA professional designation is preferred or a willingness to obtain it.
