Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading apparel company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and engaging experience in our stores.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing of merchandise.
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
