- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greetings, assistance, and thanks, to in-person customers, donors, and those over the phone.
- Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and leadership, working cross-functionally to increase communication and achieve team goals.
- Safety and Security: Utilize safe work practices, report any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of agency assets, and contribute to ensuring the workplace is hazard-free.
- Education: No degree is required; a High School Diploma/GED is preferred.

- Math Skills: Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
