About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Medical Staff Team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Staff Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Staff Team, including meeting management, agenda creation, and minute recording.
  • Assist with credentialing, MD Staff, and calendar management.
  • Support Hospital Physicians and leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent meeting management experience and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and work with basic medical terminology.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working with or supporting leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Credentialing experience.
  • MD Staff experience.
  • Calendar management experience.
