Northwest LLC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail network, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and resolving issues promptly.

Job Description:
  • Foster financial wellness among customers by identifying referral opportunities and contributing to sales performance
  • Provide assistance to customers with questions, problem resolution, and needs, ensuring proactive engagement and understanding of customer requirements
  • Greet customers, engage with them, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Balance teller drawers, participate in office meetings, and perform dual control balancing of vaults and ATMs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and champion financial wellness through product delivery and exceptional service
  • Participate in educational training and self-educate using bank programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office systems and software, perform maintenance, and possess in-depth knowledge of bank products and services
  • Adhere to security and dual control processes, participate in branch opening and closing tasks, and protect the bank from unnecessary risk
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks, demonstrate respect and professionalism, and support management with special requests
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
