Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing commercial and tenant improvement projects. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to fulfill project specifications.
  • Develop and uphold project timelines, financial plans, and cost assessments.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Enforce safety regulations and protocols on job sites.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and risks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
