The specialist will investigate root causes to deliver effective solutions by managing quality and warranty claims and processing customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve issues concerning control systems, programming, electrical components, air replacement systems, environmental machinery, mechanical setups, installations, manufacturing processes, and product-specific inquiries. Travel to client locations may be required for resolution.
- Efficiently gather and document product and customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate clients to minimize future inquiries. All interactions must be documented through contact tracking, with follow-ups to ensure successful resolutions and necessary corrective actions.
- Identify and document opportunities for process enhancements to improve customer experiences and reduce quality and warranty costs.
- Utilize the ERP system for order tracking and to issue required materials.
- Provide on-call support for customers as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), heating, air conditioning, and programming.
