Key Responsibilities

How will you contribute to our success?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a warm welcome for passengers by providing a smooth check-in and ticketing process
  • Utilizing reservation and ticketing systems to manage itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle any applicable fees
  • Keeping passengers informed throughout their journey by sharing relevant information about their travel and belongings
  • Collaborating with colleagues to guarantee accurate processing of passenger data and timely flight departures
  • Addressing passenger concerns and resolving issues in line with company policies during flight disruptions
  • Potentially assisting in the Baggage Service Office to monitor baggage locations and respond to passenger inquiries

Candidate Profile

Who are we seeking?

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired driver's license; some restrictions may apply
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work additional hours on short notice when needed
  • Capability to lift, bend, and carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the airline industry
  • Effective communication skills in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Proficiency in computer usage and adaptability to new software
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
