Work Schedule:
50-55 hours per week, early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays required. Start times can vary from 4am-5am, with days off typically during the work week and varying week to week. This is not a standard Monday to Friday position.

Position Overview
The Sales Route Specialist is a full-time role focused on the delivery, promotion, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, including popular items such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. In this position, you will operate a Frito-Lay vehicle to visit various retail locations, working autonomously to unload deliveries, showcase products, collaborate with store managers to boost sales, and maintain accurate records throughout your workday.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any necessary state-specific licenses or endorsements.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Successful completion of a Department of Transportation physical and certification is required.
