Personal Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Personal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial well-being.
• Sales and Service: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Lobby Engagement: Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, position PNC products, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
• Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

• Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Business Acumen: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary range: $45,760.00 – $59,800.00, with incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.
