• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
• Sales and Service: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Product Knowledge and Risk Management: Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, while managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem partners and colleagues to grow customer share of wallet and deliver a differentiated customer experience.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in banking products and services.

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary range: $45,000 - $59,800, with potential for incentives.
