We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts as Director, DEI Advisory. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI advisory strategy that integrates DEI into key HR policies, practices, and systems.
- Navigate and adhere to DEI global regulatory frameworks, focusing on key mandates and anti-discrimination laws.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees and leadership on DEI standards, policies, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and standards to continuously evolve and enhance Adobe's DEI workforce efforts.
- Measure and track progress against Adobe's DEI aspirational goals.
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
- 12+ years of experience in HR and/or DEI, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR and/or DEI initiatives in a corporate setting, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Proven expertise in navigating and aligning with DEI global regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and influence team members at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving objectives.
- Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
At Adobe, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $142,500 -- $289,900 annually, with pay varying by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Our compensation package includes a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans for sales roles, and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
