About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts as Director, DEI Advisory. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive DEI strategies and initiatives that drive systemic change and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI advisory strategy that integrates DEI into key HR policies, practices, and systems.
  • Navigate and adhere to DEI global regulatory frameworks, focusing on key mandates and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees and leadership on DEI standards, policies, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the organization's operations.
  • Stay abreast of current trends, research, and standards to continuously evolve and enhance Adobe's DEI workforce efforts.
  • Measure and track progress against Adobe's DEI aspirational goals.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in HR and/or DEI, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR and/or DEI initiatives in a corporate setting, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in navigating and aligning with DEI global regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and influence team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving objectives.
  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
What We Offer

At Adobe, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $142,500 -- $289,900 annually, with pay varying by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our compensation package includes a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans for sales roles, and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
