Job Summary:

The Route Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Department in delivering exceptional customer service and managing route districts. This position reports directly to the District Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing a highly productive team within the district through continuous training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the District Manager in ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, new installations, problem-solving, and open communication with customers.
  • Lead the district to success by communicating changes and policies, evaluating route organization, projecting a professional image, and requiring the same from the district team.
  • Support the department in adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety and service standards of practice.
  • Complete general route responsibilities when necessary, safely operating company vehicles while following all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Assist in retention and growth, sales, promotions, contests, proper product mix, and continued customer relationships.
  • Perform, as needed, all responsibilities of a Route Relief/Utility RSR at a higher level and with a managerial perspective, evaluating the route and RSR performance.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and be 21 years or older.
  • Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
  • Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction, and good time management skills.
  • Recognize colors, sizes, and types of products and count, add, and subtract accurately.
