Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Complete all payroll regulatory reporting accurately and timely
  • Assume a lead role within the Payroll team and set high quality standards for policy and procedure compliance
  • Actively participate on the HRIS team
  • Act as lead payroll contact for system maintenance, upgrades, and testing
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years computerized payroll experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
