Strategic Human Resources Director for Optimal Performance

At Opt For Healthy Living, we are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary leader to serve as our next Strategic Human Resources Director for Optimal Performance.
This exceptional opportunity is designed for a seasoned human resources professional with a proven track record of driving organizational excellence through innovative HR strategies and initiatives. As the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing HR programs that foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and employee well-being.

Our next Strategic Human Resources Director for Optimal Performance will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals within the Chancellor's Office, providing comprehensive operational leadership, strategy, compliance, oversight, and direction for the campus human resources teams at each of our 23 campuses.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). You will have at least ten years of human resources management and leadership experience in increasingly complex environments, with broad expertise and knowledge across all facets of the HR enterprise, including labor and employee relations and civil rights.

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $327,000 - $359,700 annually, along with a generous benefits program designed to support physical, mental, and financial wellness. If hired, you will also be required to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the United States.
