The Job

The Senior Manager People and Culture will partner with senior leadership to drive SCAN's key values and ensure their success across the organization.

  • Advising senior leaders in day-to-day interactions with direct reports on talent management, compensation, performance, and driving SCAN's values.
  • Consulting with leadership to create comprehensive people plans influencing lasting and sustainable efficiencies.
  • Solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serving as an integral part of assigned areas of the business.
  • Analyzing trends and providing insightful data to guide decision-making and offering proactive solutions.
Responsibilities

This role involves executing programs to support employees and leaders, including talent management, career planning, performance management, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic organizational development.

The Senior Manager People and Culture will also support and may lead various HR-related projects, deploying various change management practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field of study preferred.

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred.

4-7 years of experience in Human Resources.

Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruiting, compensation practices, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidential information.

Proven customer focus.

Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask.

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to use PPT and Excel.

Past experience with Workday.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
