Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our company's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, from initial contact to post-service follow-up
    • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Center Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety
    • Ensure all center procedures are followed, including confirmation calls and communication with guests
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the Center Sales Leader to achieve sales goals and drive center performance
    • Lead by example, demonstrating our company's values and standards in all interactions

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
