About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist with Call Dad AC and Heating, you will play a vital role in enhancing the value of our brand by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on finding out the customer's needs and presenting them with their best options through on-call air solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong customer relationships at all times, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed performance targets and goals outlined in your Performance Development Plan (PDP).
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges and obstacles, and adapt to the needs of the position and customers.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train new sales teammates to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Compliance and Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook, and adhere to DAD's PILLARS at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Closing Rate: Achieve a minimum closing rate of 40%.
  • Dollar per Lead: Maintain a minimum dollar per lead of $4,500.
  • Average Ticket: Achieve an average ticket of $10,000.
  • Sales Revenue: Generate a minimum of $1,000,000 in sales.
  • AR from Sales Calls: Ensure 0 AR from sales calls.
