We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Joerns Healthcare. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Call Management: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that issues are resolved efficiently.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders, including processing returns, resolving issues, and communicating with customers on order status.
- Proactive Communication: Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates on order status, resolve issues, and offer solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer success team to achieve team metrics and goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a combination of education and 3 years of commensurate business experience required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or order management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- SAP/Salesforce Experience: Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is preferred.
- Microsoft Skills: General Microsoft skills, including Excel, are required.
