Patient Financial Services Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for directing and coordinating business operations for Patient Financial Services.
  • Supervises staff activities to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Identifies quality issues, advises management, and implements solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs and coordinates business operations for Patient Financial Services.
  • Supervises staff activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency of business operations.
  • Coordinates and facilitates monthly department meetings.
  • Develops and implements business operations process changes.
  • Implements work plans and efficiency improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or customer relations roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site location in Wailuku, HI.
  • Flexible hours with a 7A-4:30P schedule.
