Job Description
The Family Therapy Specialist will work under the supervision of the Program Director or Clinical Supervisor to implement clinical therapeutic services. This role involves linking assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions to achieve successful case outcomes. The Specialist will also provide on-call crisis response with 24/7 availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. You should also have over two years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of clinical practice and family therapy. We are looking for someone who is committed to empowering families and promoting healthy development in children.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Other Requirements
This position is subject to a criminal background investigation, and continued employment is contingent on a record clear of convictions. You will also be required to have a valid driver's license, current no-fault insurance, and access to an insured vehicle. A flexible work schedule is also required to promote accessibility to service.
