Strategic Initiatives Program Manager

The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager is a senior-level position responsible for collaborating with the Residential HVAC leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to challenge the status quo, and drive innovative thinking. The successful candidate will direct cross-functional teams to drive key organizational projects, resulting in both short and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support business unit leadership in developing and executing strategies to improve customer experience, distribution, technology, and organizational capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing business-critical projects and programs
  • Facilitate senior leaders to define organizational goals and develop solutions
  • Analyze performance data to measure goal achievement and adjust the solutions approach as required

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Five or more years of experience leading projects and/or business consulting
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean certification(s) preferred
  • Data Strategy/Analysis Experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams through all project phases while managing risk and project finances
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience interacting with and presenting project updates to senior business leaders
  • Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate, and manage changing deadlines
  • Proficient at defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions using lean/six sigma methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

Annual Base Compensation: $80-125,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also includes an incentive plan.
