Medical Renal Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with renal issues
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with various physical and/or behavioral problems
- RN licensed in the state of Texas or a Compact state
- BCLS certification
- Completion of RN/LVN program leading to licensure
- Associates Degree or BSN
- Preferred experience as RN 1-2 years
- Preferred BSN
- Specialty certification/training as appropriate
