We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Medical Renal Specialist to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with renal-related health issues.
Responsibilities- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with renal-related health issues.
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes.
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems.
- RN licensed in state of Texas/Compact state.
- BCLS certification.
- Completion of RN/LVN program leading to licensure.
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- Preferred experience as RN 1-2 years.
- Preferred BSN.
- Specialty certification/training as appropriate.
