We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Clinical Coord Medical Renal to join our team at Las Palmas Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and coordination of services in our renal unit.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services and collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- 1+ years applicable experience
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP, NVCI
