We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment as needed.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
