Job Overview

As a Vehicle Title and Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precise and efficient management of vehicle titles. Your responsibilities will include verifying title information, staying informed about current regulations related to vehicle titles, and collaborating with customers and regulatory bodies to address title-related concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing incoming transactions, accurately posting deals into the accounting system, and ensuring all financial documentation is in order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately processes vehicle titles to ensure compliance and correctness.
  • Investigates vehicle title discrepancies and resolves issues promptly.
  • Adheres to company deadlines for title processing and issue resolution.
  • Familiarizes oneself with state-specific title processing regulations.
  • Responds to customer inquiries professionally and within established timelines.

  • Performs various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
